Impulsiqs physical therapy offers concierge home treatment to help people return to the sports, exercise, and hobbies that help them thrive in life. Our treatment approach is focused on the normalization of proper body mechanics through hands-on procedures to help reduce stress on the tissues of the body, while preparing the body to take on the rigors of activity. Operating out of Fairfax, Virginia, we work to create long-lasting relief of your pain by solving the root mechanism of your problem. We offer hour long, 1-on-1 sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy centered around your individual needs and goals.

Our expert physical therapists put a large emphasis on hands-on treatments that will correct the bio-mechanical breakdowns in the body. This is necessary for long term health and truly resolving the root of the problem. Too often physical therapists will treat the pain but not the cause, leading to the pain coming back as you continue normal activities or exercise. This can send any individual down a spiral of invasive procedures and expensive diagnostic testing or surgery. All without ever truly getting what they needed from physical therapy.
